Behavioral supports, built around the person — not just the paperwork.

Everyone deserves a plan that actually knows them: their history, their triggers, what calms them, what they're working toward. Our Behavioral Supports service brings that kind of understanding to adults on the NJ DDD Supports Program, grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis and led personally by our founder, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What behavioral supports include

We start by getting to know the person — through a functional behavior assessment led by a BCBA — before we write a single word of a plan. From there, we build a support plan around real, everyday outcomes: communicating needs, coping through hard moments, staying safe, getting out into the community, and simply living well.

Then we make sure the plan doesn't just live on paper. We train the people around that person — family, direct-support staff, day-program providers — so the same approach follows them everywhere they go, not just in one room on one day.

Who it's for

Adults 21 and older on the NJ DDD Supports Program or Community Care Program whose team wants behavioral guidance rooted in data, dignity, and genuine person-centered planning — not a one-size-fits-all template.

How it works with your other services

Behavioral Supports pairs naturally with our Adult Day Program, Individual Supports, Community-Based Supports, and Residential Group Homes. But you don't need to be enrolled in another GBL service to work with us on this one — it stands on its own.

Funding

We bill through DDD Supports Program and Community Care Program authorizations. Our intake team will walk your family or team through eligibility, step by step.
