One-on-one support, wherever the day happens.
Our Individual Supports program pairs adults with trained staff for one-on-one help through the parts of the day that matter most — routines at home, appointments, errands, work, and everything in between. Every plan is BCBA-supervised and behavior-driven.

What individual supports look like
Staff work side-by-side with the participant to build independence in daily routines — personal care, meals, money management, communication, safety skills, and healthy relationships.
Because every staff member on the plan is trained and supervised by our BCBA team, behavioral needs aren't handled off to the side — they're built directly into the day.
Who it's for
Adults 21 and older on the NJ DDD Supports Program who want dedicated one-on-one help maintaining independence in their home and community — with a behavior-driven approach when it's needed.
Where it happens
In the participant's home, in the community, or blended with time at our Pennsauken clinic. We build the schedule around real life, not the other way around.
Funding
Billed through DDD Supports Program authorizations. Our intake team will help confirm your budget and hours.
We'll help you get here
For families near our Pennsauken location, transportation is included at no extra cost — one less thing to plan around each day. We also welcome families outside that area; transportation is still available, just billed based on distance. Reach out with your address and our team will let you know exactly what's included for you.
Ask about your addressLooking for 1:1 support that actually fits the person?
Share a bit about their routines, goals, and current DDD authorizations. We'll match trained staff, set up BCBA oversight, and confirm what's covered.
